Reaching Higher Tree Service came to our aid twice now to remove a huge pin oak from our backyard in 2021 and then again in 2026 to remove damaged white pines during the clean-up following the infamous July 4th storm that devastated our community in Manheim Township, Lancaster County. These trees were located in a very tight spot in our backyard requiring a crane which they used skillfully and safely exercising caution around our houses and patio structures. They called us back within an hour of our call to them on a Sunday morning and fit us into their schedule 2 days later to assist in the clean-up of our neighborhood which had downed power lines and lack of power due to the many fallen trees. They also came to the rescue of two of our neighbors. They were kind, courteous, professional, and their rate was very reasonable, even impressing my home owner’s insurance accessor. They left my property spotless when they were done. I will be using them again to trim my other mature trees in the near future. They made a very traumatizing experience so much easier for us. I am very grateful for their services and expertise.
